MadPI Consulting & Investigations maintains and operates this Site from its offices located in Montreal, Canada. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed and interpreted under the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. The applicable judicial district is the judicial district of Montreal. The language of the arbitration shall be English. If any portion of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that part will be discontinued immediately and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining stipulations.
